1. Service

OPBot is a Discord bot with an accompanying web dashboard. By inviting the bot to a Discord server or signing in to the dashboard you agree to these terms and to Discord's own Terms of Service.

2. Acceptable use

  • Do not use OPBot to violate Discord's Terms of Service or Community Guidelines.
  • Do not attempt to disrupt, overload, reverse engineer or abuse the service.
  • Server administrators are responsible for the configurations they set.

3. Availability

The service is provided "as is" without any guarantee of availability. Features may change or be discontinued. Premium subscriptions grant higher limits as described on the premium page; refunds follow statutory law.

4. Data

Data processing is described in the Datenschutzerklärung. Removing the bot from a server schedules deletion of that server's data after 30 days.

5. Termination

We may suspend access for abuse. You can end usage at any time by removing the bot and deleting your server's data in the dashboard.
